    A: No appointment is necessary. All patients are seen on a “walk-in” basis.

    A: Patients are treated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Wait times will be based on the number of people seeking care, as well as the severity of their condition. It is our goal to provide medical care in less than one hour from start to finish.

  • Q: What payment methods are available?

    A: We accept most private insurance plans and Medicare, as well as cash, checks, and credit cards.

  • Q: Does Acadiana Urgent Care treat chronic pain?

    A: No, chronic pain is best treated by the patient’s primary care physician or a pain management specialist.

  • Q: Do you have a physician on-site?

    A: Yes, there is a physician in-house at all times.
