At this time, we are currently out of seasonal flu vaccines and Flumist.  We have received a shipment of H1N1 vaccines, and we are now administering this vaccine to those patients approved by the federal government to receive it.  Eligible groups include household contacts and caregivers of children less than 6 months, healthcare providers and emergency services personnel, anyone 3-24 years old, and anyone 25-64 years old with chronic health conditions.  Children 6 months-3 years old and pregnant women are also eligible to receive the vaccine, and preservative-free vaccines for these groups may be obtained at the public health clinic on Willow Street.  The vaccine is provided free of charge by the federal government, and the administration fee of $20.00 is covered by most insurance companies.  More information about H1N1 flu as well as seasonal flu can be found at www.flu.gov .
