Visit Preparation and Accepted Insurance Plans
When preparing for a visit to Acadiana Urgent Care Center, we ask that you bring a driver's license (or a picture ID) and your insurance and/or Medicare cards. We also ask that you know any medications you are currently taking, and any medication allergies you may have. Acadiana Urgent Care Center visits are accepted by most insurance plans, and insurance co-payments and deductibles are collected at the time of the visit. We gladly accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, cash, and personal checks. Below is a list of currently accepted insurance providers. Please call us at 337-981-4675 if you have any questions or do not find your insurance provider listed. Insurance providers accepted at Acadiana Urgent Care Center (not all accepted providers may be listed; please call to verify if you do not find your provider).
